Sub Users Logging Into your New Account

Step 1
Navigate to the home page of the Continental Bank website (www.cbankus.com). There you will find the blue login button in the top right of the navigation menu. Click “Login”.
Step 2(a)
Once you are on the below login screen, you can enter the username and temporary password that the business’ Primary account person received on your behalf and needs to forward to you. The Primary account person will receive the username from a Continental Bank representative. The Primary account person will receive the temporary password through a separate email from help@cbankus.com.
Step 2(b)
On your first login, you will have to go through a multifactor authentication process by entering in a 6-digit One-Time-Passcode (OTP). The OTP will be sent to the Primary account person’s email or phone number registered on file (depending on which options you choose).
Step 2(C)
If you selected the OTP to be sent to your Primary account person’s email, it will come through as below. Make sure the Primary account person checks their spam and junk mail. If it is texted to your Primary account person, it will come from (785) 284-8293 and will say almost the exact same thing. After submitting the OTP, the portal will remember your device to avoid repeating this process with every login.
Step 3
After completing the two steps, you will be able to log on to the online banking portal home screen below. You will also be able to use our iOS and Android mobile applications by downloading them and logging in with your newly created loan and/or deposit account(s).
